how to prey in English?

Besides you may also want to bring those whom you love or think of before His throne in prayer............................Here is a very simple example (of course, it always depends on what's really on your mind!):Dear Father in heaven,Thank you for this day, a day of grace and peace. Thank you for keeping me safe and sound as your beloved child in this wicked world. Thank you for what you have done in me and through me today. Thank you for showing me who You are in my life and who I am in Christ!I love You, my Lord. Please continue to purify my life, santify my thoughts, and mature my spirit so I can be more useful for the glory of Your kingdom. Transform me more into the likeness of Your Son Jesus.
