有案底可以嘗試去考抽血員？
今年22歲女仔，細個唔識唸，做錯事，犯左店鋪盜竊罪，而家大左，要為將來唸，真係好後悔，想考多幾樣野係身，例如抽血員。入醫管局一定唔得嫁啦，但紅十字同診所會唔會請有案底的人呢？應唔應該行出一步試左先？希望得到好心人啟發🙏🏻

You should not jump to the conclusion first.
First - you have to be certain that you have a criminal record. If your offense took place when you are below 18, there is a possibility you may not have a record as a juvenile offender. But if you are 18 or above at the time of your offense, you have a record mostly.
Second - Rehabilitation of Offenders Ordinance allows nondisclosure when eligibility has been met. So except for public entities, you may not have to disclose your record at all.
This is what you have to determine first before thinking anything else.
